I used to use the plcg2 antibody (Q:20) from santa cruz for plcg2 detection in chicken . Unfortunately, it has been discontinued . Does anyone know of an antibody I can use instead (for Western blotting)?
LifeSpan Biosciences has a pAb they say has broad reactivity, including chicken: https://www.lsbio.com/antibodies/plcg2-antibody-plc-gamma-2-antibody-if-immunofluorescence-ihc-ls-c124378/127883?trid=0
Also, though Santa Cruz has discontinued all of their pAbs, they do have recommended mAb replacements, including for the one you used before: https://www.scbt.com/p/plc-gamma2-antibody-q-20
Russell Linscott Thanks for the help Russell. I did contact Santa Cruz about their replacement antibody and they said they don't know/can't guarantee if that mAb replacement they (B:10) works for plcg2 detection in chicken. But can give it a try
