I am ( Suhail Ayesh) , just finished my latest Job at Makassed Hospital, Jerusalem,( as director of molecular genetics lab) in the last few months I was in Gaza, I am doing some molecular diagnostic research mainly IN NUTRIGENOMICS. Because of covid 19 situations, I have more free time than it was before, I am interested in starting some Data analysis for WGS. since your are expert in bioinformatics and data analysis, I need your help to advise me for which software or online courses that I need to complete or train in order to be familiar with WGS analysis tools.

my computer skills are relatively good.
