Hi all,

I am trying to check the expression of tristetraproilne (TTP) in the spinal cord tissue after spinal cord injury in mice, but I am not seeing any bands for TTP at about 36 KDa (non-phosphorylated form), and around 40-48 KDa (phosphorylated form). I am using cell signaling TTP antibody (Tristetraprolin (D1I3T) Rabbit mAb #71632). I can see the TTP band when I tested this antibody in cell culture, but I am unable to see any band when I tested it in spinal cord tissues. 60 and 100 ug of protein lysate were loaded. Has anyone checked for TTP antibodies in mouse spinal cord tissue before? If so, which company antibody is it that you are using? Responses will be greatly valued.

Thanks,

Amir
