VCCT with contacts ansys apdl?

I have a question regarding contacts use with VCCT in ansys apdl. I realized that under compression, the there is interelement penetration.

When I used contacts with VCCT, I get non-convergent solution. I have read that, currently ansys only supports inter 205 elements with VCCT. Has anyone experienced similar issue?
