Variation of zeta potential with particle size?

Does anyone know if the zeta potential varies with particle size? I have been reading a lot and the equations I have found (for spherical particles) suggest that it does only under certain conditions. I would like to know what happens in practice. Does any of you have experience in this field?

In all most cases, the zeta potential does not depend on the particle size but it depends on the surface charge density. However, depending on the particle size and the double electrical layer (DEL) thickness, appropriate equation should be used.
