Using MitoTracker Green for confocal microscopy?

I need to carry out confocal microscopy to validate one of my findings in the lab and will be using MitoTracker Green and Rhodamine phalloidin. I was wondering if someone could help me with some insights on the concentration of MitoTracker Green that is appropriate for confocal microscopy as well as how to fix the cells.
