How to calibrate plain dye concontration in gel by RGB value?

I'm trying to calibrate small molecule plain dyes like Rhodamine in agarose gel by RGB value, the dyes are in low concentration and agarose gel is transparent. How could I so that? I know Rhodamine dye is fluorence dye but I prefer just use RGB information.
