I am drawing my model in Autocad 2010 and importing into Ansys. After my simulations, the results I got where incorrect.
Does drawing my geometry have something to do with this incorrect result?
SolidWorks is slowly becoming a standard front end for EM packages. I would say this would be your most reliable import.
it may be possible that your boundary conditions are incorrect, also check the orthogonal mesh quality. after that only you go to improve the design. because i am facing the same problem and my after changing design also i got incorrect results.

I think AUTOCAD is not good software for making 3d model specially for analysis, but Solidworks is very accurate and more reliable. If you think your geometry trigger error in Ansys, you would better to utilize Solidworks.
As long as the quality of the geometry you want to transfer to a FEA package is good you can use whatever CAD system you like. If you want to do calculations on real 3D models the use of AutoCAD is not recommended. In that case you better use SolidWorks or another 'real' 3D package and export the model to STEP. Keep in mind that 'real' 3D not necessarily means that the model has to be a solid. It can e.g. also be a surface model if you want to apply shell elements. However if you want to do calculations on e.g. beam constructions you can use AutoCAD as that only requires lines to attach the beam elements to.

It can be that the geometry is not correct but it might well be that your model (constraints, ...) is not correct. Can you tell us a little bit about what you want to do exactly ?
