I am carrying out mesh independent study on fluid flow in curved tubes. I am trying to vary the pitch of the curved tube. So, I have various coiled tubes with the same dimensions but with varying pitch sizes. Can I use the same mesh for all the coiled tubes or do I have to do a mesh independent study of each coiled tube?

This probably depends on the details of your objectives, but in general I think you would be better off identifying some analytical solution with which you can compare and comparing your predictions to it. Mesh independence is only one source of computational errors, and often not the most important one.
