Hello Everyone ,

I am currently working with endothelial cells, marked with GFP, I took picture with microscopy every day and wanted to quantify the organization in the scaffold compared to the control (matrigel, and endothelial cells alone inthe wellplate),

I processed the images with ANGIOTOOL which did a pretty good job at circling the tubules and endothelial cells.

Is it valid to use this data, or Angiotool only is useful to really quantify vessels formation meanin, in vivo.

I haven't find a study using angiotool like this, can you please give me more information
