Can I do a Gradient PCR with an Applied Biosystems ViiA 7 Device?

I would like to test my Primer for future Real Time PCR and my lab only has an Applied Biosystems ViiA 7 Device (a Real-Time One-Step RT-PCR experiment). Unfortunately, I haven't worked with this device yet, it is new to me.

I wonder how I can test my Primer for the best Ta without traditional PCR equipment and gel electrophoresis?

Maybe it is possible to do a gradient PCR on such a device or any other tips I could use?

You might start by using online "in Silico" pcr programmes to get a feel for the expected reaction conditions for your primers.
