It depends on the chosen freezing technique, protocol and the condition of the available material (selected tissue). If you store the tissue sample in liquid nitrogen you can use it for cloning after unlimited period of time.
Storing at -80 °C and −20 °C has many limitations. However,there is a report (2008) of production of cloned mice from bodies kept frozen at −20 °C for up to 16 years without any cryoprotection.

The other report (2009) is for cloning of a bull using cells retrieved from testicles that had been taken from a dead animal and frozen without cryoprotectant in a -80 degrees C freezer for 10 years.
