When D-luciferin (potassium salt, Cat.NO.: HY-12591B)/sodium salt (Cat.NO.: HY-12591) is used for in vivo imaging, the following operating procedures are recommended:
1. Solution preparation:
- Take sterile DPBS (phosphate buffered saline), dissolve D-luciferin (potassium salt/sodium salt) at a concentration of 15 mg/mL, and filter through a 0.2 μm filter to sterilize.
- Note: The solution must be prepared before use. If storage is required, it can be divided and frozen at -20℃ in the dark. The validity period is 1 month.
2. Dosage and injection:
