Is it possible that western blot result to be like this?

Hai, Iam doing experiment about novel compound to induce thermogenesis on 3t3-L1 cells. The beta actin has been adjusted, but when i did western blot and imaging with image J, the result it is kind of weird because in low concentration relative expression of one protein marker is lower than control but in high concentration relative expression is higher than control. I hope some of you can give me some explanations and/or trouble shooting. Thank you.

There is a concept about the mitochondrial expression of certain genes under stressful conditions called mitohormesis. Read up on the subject, you'll see that its results are possible and interesting.
