I would like to ask whether BODIPY 493/503 (HY-W090090, MCE), as a lipid fluorescent dye, is suitable for fixation and permeabilization after staining?

It is known that this dye is often used to label lipid droplets in living cells. If immunofluorescence and other operations are required later, will the fixative (such as paraformaldehyde) or permeabilization agent (such as Triton X-100) affect its fluorescent signal?

I hope to share your operating experience or precautions. Thank you!
