I have been looking into cancer The Cancer Genome Atlas with no luck. Where could I find studies comparing samples prior and post any kind of triple negative cancer treatment? Comparison of microscopy imaging, expression, etc.
I have found an interesting article just recently published in Oncotarget by Chen et al. 'Post-operative radiotherapy is beneficial for T1/T2 triple negative breast cancer patients with four or more positive lymph nodes'. I hope this helps. They included more than 900 mamm. CA patients who were diagnosed triple negative. At least the comparison of pre- and post-treatment in terms of radiotherapy is investigated here...
