Does anyone know about datasets comprising of fast5 files from nanopore sequencing, which would contain sequences different from E. coli or Zika? The only dataset I know about is one from https://doi.org/10.1093/gigascience/gix007. Does anyone know about any other data?
The SRA seems to have a number of MinION sequencing runs from various organisms:

Although, as a second thought, these may not be FAST5 files :-( But they could lead you to the originals, perhaps.
Thank you for your answers. In the end I managed to find few more datasets in fast5. And isn't the dataset at the Loman's lab website just E. coli?
