I am running a triaxial permeability for a 3% lime treated clay sample. Sample was saturated for B value of 0.95. Then it was consolidated with effective pressure of 30kPa. Cell, Back and Drain pressures are 300, 270 and 270 kPa. But I am observing a quite fast flow through the sample from drain to back (40ml in 30 mints). Can anyone guess why this is happening? Thanks
