i need to conduct real time RT-qPCR using sybr green kit on monkey hypothalamic tissues. in this regard i only find single research article (attached) but it has not mentioned sequences for forward and reverse primers for Npy and npy1R receptor. plz help me in getting primer sequences. and secondly can i use the same primers (used earlier in TaqMan

RT-qPCR) to conduct sybr green real time RT-qPCR ?
