Hi all,

I'm setting up a protocol for TNS assay to measure pKa of a lipid nanoparticle I'm working on, and scratching my head trying to come up with buffer recipes. I'm primarily starting from these two papers (below). Can anybody give any tips or comments on mixing ratios or recipes? Getting lost because the assay uses different buffer salts depending on researchers.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
