Dear Hazem, the date palm TC what you are looking for; I believe is a trade secret. France is the master and supplier of TC plants. Literature is abundantly available. The Key to success is; make it your passion and try. You will succeed, if French scientists can do it so can anyone else. Egyptian scientists are also involved in this research. Take a start, keep notes of your results, you will in-sha Allaah arrive to success.

You need to use tissue culture in order to insert the CRISPR/Cas mechanism. I believe there are a few methods in there. You could also reach out to Faiza Khan on Twitter who is currently doing tissue culture in palms
No, I do not need to insert or change any merit of the palm, I would like to use a part from any genus of date palm and culture it in the lab. because there are many good genera of date palms are few numbers and we need to increase the numbers and choose the best genus among them. Regards
