yes, it is possible to do three-phase simulations in Ansys fluent 2019 R3. You can multiphase model in Ansys.In that again you can use three different viscous turbulence models for calculation. I will recommend you to use K-omega with the SST model for your result

Activate the VOF models and you can definitely calculate a three-phase flow.

Notice that in addition to initializing your computational domain, you may have to "patch" your domain, based on the locations of each phase, depending on the nature of the flow you want to simulate.
