Can anyone give an idea about the most suitable software (viz. GEMSFITS) used to do the thermodynamic calculation to predict phases after hydration of cement; along with the link for manual to do so. Thanks.
You can use the transport module of the ATENA software to carry out the hydration phase of cement.

- GEMSFITS is a very specific tool. It is used to calibrate thermodynamic constants through optimization and not for calculations for phase assemblage.
- You can also try CEMGEMS the webapp if you are just looking for quick calculations on standard mixes.

It might be enough for your needs and it has a very nice Youtube tutorial. For beginners that might be a better option than the GEMS software.
PHREEQC very capable, can be downloaded at USGS website and comes with a manual. Numerous TDB’s available for PHREEQC containing relevant cement phases including JAEA, thermoddem, cemdata, and hatches.
I would like to suggest the transport section in ATENA as well as GEMS.
PheerqC is an open source software and can be used for cement hydration calculations and many more.
You can find it online just searching in google, and there are tutorials available online describing its modus operandi.
