Hello,
This picture is J774A.1 cell line. I wonder whether the cells on the right side of picture, and middle (upper) of picture are stressed. They are cultured in DMEM with 10% FBS and 1% antibiotics.
I only have a experience in culturing RAW264.7 cell line, and I have not seen the cell showing that shape in normal condition.
Although you can see a very small number of unusual cell, there are cells as many as round-shaped cells in the culture flask, actually.
The cells are purchased from ATCC and passaged twice.

Are you worried about the cells that look stretched? That's normal in these cell lines so you don't have to worry

I worked with this cell line before. I am thinking these cells look nice and don't worry about some cells have different shape, because they are macrophage
I think the number of cells you seeded was so few, and culture time was too short.
