I've got a plan to isolate mouse splenic Treg (WT and KO of target gene) and inject these CD45.2 Treg into tumor-bearing CD45.1 mice. My question is how many days do I need to wait to see that the adoptively transferred Treg is recruited to the tumor in the recipient mice?

When you normally expect a response of Treg you would normally wait for 45 days or at the very least 30 in Humans. What I Don't Know if in mice you would expect to be the same. Mice and Humans are very related to each other, and it also includes in terms of spleen.I don't think it matters if It is unusual as the tumour is. Maybe expect the difference to appear at 45 days, especially if It's tolerance (autoinmune diseases). Perhaps the differences could be at 30 days and not completely healthy.
