Hello,

I studied how much bound my test antibodies to the target antigen using FITC labeling to test antibodies.

I tested 3 types of antibodies, the elisa binding affinity and cytotoxicity result show 3 types antibodies was same.

So I expected FACS using FITC show similar tendency, but it was not.

Only one antibody show expected result, another 2 antibodies show very low expression level.

So I wonder FITC labeling can cause antibidy's disfuction.

Because antibody have many lysine residue, so if some residue effected to antibody's binding then it can cause disfuction.

Please answer.
