We all know that illegal practices are fought by state or mainstream authority. However, many illegal organizations enjoy vigor and influence that rival those of the recognized/legal/mainstream authority though they work in the dark and are denied public support, resources and recognition. These illegal entities or practices sometimes show an impact that threatens the stability of society, that society which is supported by the recognized authority with its laws, regulations, and resources.
Of course what is legal or legitimate is relative. But how comes that such bodies/entities/practices flourish in spite of the regulations put by mainstream authorities?
My question is cannot the methods and techniques used by the "dark" forces be implemented by the second in order to establish human rights that guarantee equality and nation-welfare? Examples abound: gun market, drugs, prostitution, human trafficking, research black market...etc.

98 (5), 893 - 921. This is pretty much regarded as a key text in respect of illegal entrepreneurship.

Not sure if I understand your question about, “… methods and techniques … to establish human rights …?” As for “equality,” that is an abstract construct not found in the physical or social domains. Relative to “rights,” all entities including “markets” have unalienable rights (Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness—positive feedback as in wealth generation for markets) whether they’re “black” or not. That is, relative to the physical constructal law, “For a flow system to persist in time (to live) [Life], it must evolve freely [Liberty] such that it provides greater access [the pursuit of] to its currents [Happiness (positive feedback)].”
For any market to survive (to live), there must be an ethical exchange of wealth between supply and demand; otherwise, in time the market will cease to exist. In other words, a market is a social entity having its own “culture” whether “counter” or not.
If a market is to subsidize “national-welfare,” it must then be legally recognized in order to collect taxes.

What about the ethical implications of granting these "freedoms" or "rights"? How would we keep the welfare of a nation when we give the right for such entities to function in the society?!

I'm not sure what you mean by "wealth" here, materialistic wealth?
I had social structures and practices in my mind when I asked the question.

Do you think that economic laws apply to social structures (institutions) and practices? How can we explain the persistence of organized illegal acts under the persistence of law regulations and mainstream rejection?
