The free amino group of BSA was determined by trinitro-benzene-sulfonic acid (TNB) method.Can TNB react with all the primary amines of the protein BSA instead of just the surface?

Hi there,

If the conditions are not denaturing for BSA then you determine the content in primary amines of the protein accessible to TNBS.
