Hello,

I stimulate Cows PBMC with LPS and with an anti-inflammatory (6 hrs before the LPS) and another case (6 hrs after the LPS)

Incubation time 24 hrs

Results : RT Pcr decrease in the inflammatory cytokines

ELISA : no diferences between the control and the treated PBMC in both cases concerning the concentration of cytokines in the culture media.

How can we explain this?
