I try to pass ips from mef to metrigel-coated plate. but the colonies didn't adherence to the plate.i use collagenase IV. and washed twice. but when i didnit use collagenase IV, just picked them, then put colonies to the metrigel-coated plate. they seem much better. i don't know why? who  can help me?thank you!
