I am trying to find a Sustainable Ethanol water (70:30) separation system. Several Strategy for Separation of Ethanol–Water exist including distillation (Freezing, Microbubble, Azeotrope, reactive, vacume) and Adsorption. Which of these methods is the best and not expensive method?

I think fractional distillation is an effective method because of the much lower boiling point of ethanol than water. You need to heat up the mixer and trap the water by cooling the vapor of the mixer. The ethanol will be collected by in a cooled vessel.

The mixture of the two liquids is placed in the distillation flask and heated to the lowest boiling point. In the case of an ethanol/water mixture, that temperature would be the boiling point of ethanol, 78°C. All of the liquid with that boiling point will evaporate, condense in the Liebig condenser, and pass into the receiving flask.
This mixture is not easy separated to form a isotropic mixture... so that needed to long column for the partial distillation ....
Effective method may be vacuum distillation with external heating. As the system is under vacuum separation is most effective. Low boiling ethanol get vaporised quickly and shall be taken out for condensation, leaving the water behind.
