Dear RG users greetings,

It is clear that T cells must encounter antigen in the context of antigen-presenting cells such as dendritic cells, that provide co-stimulatory signals for their activation. However, tumors are essentially invisible to T cells as they are just self modified cells. So, how the T cell activation pathway is working to recognize tumors?

Looking for clarification from experts,

Thanks
