Is there any database or research team working on developing a database of all temperature-related data for all types of bacteria?
This is a most pertinent (type of) question. The info is probably available in the Bergey's manual of determinative bacteriology. However, I think there is a real need for a good database that integrates all the known phenotypic data on bacteria. This would be invaluable for microbiologies and for people doing metagenomics.

Actually I am interested in knowing, which are all phages are living in extreme environments like (high temp, cold temp, Salt..etc ). I am looking for these information for the bacteria or phages.
I agree with Frédéric; I cannot fancy why such a database (phenotypic bacterial database) is not available. Temperatures, doubling times, habitat... all those are going to become increasingly required in order to link functional genomics data to phenotypic traits.
I found this browsing. It contains temperature data for a bunch of organisms: http://www.genomics.ceh.ac.uk/cgi-bin/genomemine/gminemenu.cgi . Select the GenomeBank entry for the organism of interest and then the Curated GenomeBank Report.
I have IT background,, I have already developed a database, which is available online. If anyone interested, we can work it out and come up with a database with the above information.

I used NCBI-bioproject database when I did comprehensive analysis about bacterias.
It stores data about Salinity, OxygenReq, OptimumTemperature and many other things.
It is distributed in xml format and distributed with FTP. Please check.

Though it had some errors and does not cover all known organisms, it is(was) enough for my analysis.
The type of data that you are interested in may be available, under commercial licensing terms.

There you find temperature records for more than 17,000 bacterial and archaeal strains.
Generally bacteria are classified as normal., mesophiles and extremophiles
Each has there own temperature of growth and survival
