Recently, worldwide businesses are dramatically eager to adopting new advanced technologies rather than hiring expert human force. Hence, the definition of any business profile is totally based on their technological power. Thereby, various segments of any business have become fully controlled by one person (the big kid), and business programs or plans as (accounting actions, corporate finance, tax issues, marketing orientations, and so on) were set to be automatically operated. The real wonder is "Does human force exist?" And "Does business education have any influence on organizational environment compared to technology influence?"
Where are humans going? Will we be tools or slaves to serve the empire of technology?

No technology doesn't end up employment..it facilitates. Human beings are good at managing,. advising, decision making and problem solving. As work and employment improves and scale increases , all the above can be done faster with technology

I totally agree with your saying. But, there is a necessity to keep humans alive and open doors for them instead of controlling everything with "one click" only.
For many years, technology has pushed humans "up the value chain": they needed to increase their value-add because tech took over the simpler, repetitive jobs. Today, with AI, that logic is put into question, as AI opens up endless new ways for humanity to create value and enrich whole communities.

I do agree with your view of point. but, the negative influence of technology must be considered as well.
in 1985, one technological machine was operated by at least 5 people "human force". by now 2021, one machine needs no one to be operated by "self automation" which means human force is gradually decreasing in today's world business. that's the idea dear.
The main point is to reinforce the concept of "human force" because it is enormously needed to be existed.

Historically, technology has always been the product of humans and so technology cannot take over the function of humans. However, there is a need for a "techno-human system" to guide the awesome power of technology.
Technology has always been created by man. I don't believe that artificial intelligence will take over that job. Artificial intelligence can be an auxiliary tools. But what will happen to people and their employment related to technology is a big question. It seems that there are debates in the world in which direction humanity will go. One direction is the merging of technology and man and / or the incorporation of human elements into technology. Others are for increasing humanity and solidarity. If this second concept wins, technology will help to employ people.
i think by just looking at the number of people being employed we can see that the idea of ending employment is really far fetched. it will probably be centuries before that happens.
No becoz technology is also operated by human mind & it makes work easier and cheaper but does not put effects on employment..

Technology facilitates, human creates value. You can buy a machine-made bag at $10 but you may want a EUR6000 Hermes bag for birthday present, because that's hand-made. People drink capsule coffee in the morning, but still go to cafe for a hand-drip coffee on weekends.
Technology supposed to free human from repetitive labour (and AI can save the day for "forgetfulness" and "accidents" in medical or legal matters), then human move on to create value.
Likewise, we no longer use dogs to guard our properties, they are our friend now.

I actually think you and I are on the same page. Technology allow us to see Mum & Dad whenever we want, especially during this pandemic time, but we will still visit them personally. That's actually a good example of technology can't replace human, it only facilitates us or allows us to do more.
The idea of the big kid controlling employment is a massive idea however human beings will continue manufacturing big ideas and big innovations. Humanity will lead the Big Kid !
I, too, see the logic of Tim Lui 's comments. I do believe that the time when technology replacement is too soon than anticipated! The human, then, is not going to be "big kid" but a mere sibling!

Have you very read John C. Lennox "2084": Artificial Intelligence and the Future of humanity? It painted some interesting pictures of the future. All these issues of technology taking over the management of human future depends largely on how humans allow the use of different world views - paradigms that manages such a world view. I am convinced that a purely materialistic/mechanistic world view makes the future world of technology look scary.
