I am in the process of setting up a programmable peristaltic pump for mouse cardiac perfusion. I'm uncertain about the appropriate blunt needle specifications, specifically 24 gauge (24g) with a 1-inch length, compatible with both the pump and the 1/16" ID tubing from Braintree Scientific, Inc. Since the company did not supply needles, I'm seeking advice on suitable needles for this purpose. Additionally, do I need an injection cap for this setup?
