i tried to syntheis MSN nanparticles 60 nm particle size but sometimes the process did not give unifrom shape , i dont know what is the problem , is it related to stiring, I always use vigourous sitirring
The techniques commonly used for the MSN production can be categorized into three classes, that is, (i) solution mixing, (ii) in situ polymerization process, and (iii) melt mixing processes. The solution and in situ polymerization processes usually produce higher levels of MS nanoparticle dispersion. However, melt mixing process finds favor due to its compatibility with current industrial compounding facilities. But for your case, you try using a matrix of 1,1′-(methylenedi-4,1-phenelene) bismaleimide and 1,1′-diaminodiphenylmethane (BMI-DDM) for uniform particle size of MSN.
Hi, Anupma Thakur, the method used to synthesis MSN is a template-directed sol-gel method, at first i got regular sphereical particle size, but later i tried to synthesis more it does not work , no regular spherical shape. I think the problem in some condition but i dont know which one
Rajendra Prasad , my reaction condition is using NaOH to increase pH , 80 C , 2h of reaction, i used vigorous stirring before but does not work,if u have any suggestions about condition please inform me
The size of the nanoparticles depends on temperature and PH the reaction of the synthesis nanoparticle and the precursor concentration. You have to control this factor.
