I would like to read about philosophy of science, but I have no clue where to start. Could anyone indicate me some books or papers to start studying this topic?
Thanks Callaway, Hladky and Abreu for the suggestions. All of them seems very interesting. Now the difficulty is which one I should start. That it is a good doubt.
Here are a couple of ones that are available in Dover editions:
Rudolf Carnap "An Introduction to the Philosophy of Sciences" ISBN 0-486-28318-6
A somewhat more specialized treatment is Mario Bunge, "Causality and Modern Science" 3rd revised ed. ISBN 0-486-23728-1
I should also second the recommendation above of Max Jammer. He has a whole series of books addressing the historical development of fundamental concepts: Mass (stated above), Force, and Space. They are not light reading but they are intriguing and very stimulating.
PS--these are all in English. I'm afraid I don't know enough to give recommendations for books in other languages.

I would suggest that you start with "Philosophy of Science: A Very Short Introduction" by Samir Okasha. There is a Kindle edition, so you can start straight away. https://www.amazon.com/Philosophy-Science-Short-Introduction-Introductions-ebook/dp/B01GGF2G18/ref=mt_kindle
Each chapter has further reading, so you can follow up in what takes your interest.
