Success in school is about money. Success in life is about hapiness.

Our school academic,is the foot way of higher education it i s this progressive life career which we can know what we are going to be . However it is not only the higher academic performance but we require all the requisite quality as human being which may help us to carry out our performance effectively by establishing environment of Honesty & Modesty in our surrounding .

This is the said qualities with our achievement help us to move toward a successful lifeline . It is this our journey of school to the higher standing with our progressive note of our life may certainly offer us the fruitful result of our success in life .

This is my personal opinion

What you need for a good and successful life is not really learned at school.

Both are not the same. This is one of the reasons some people believe in luck and miracle. Excellent student ends up as successful researcher/Lecturer, average student ends up as successful entrepreneur while poor student ends being a successful political who control and make policy for everyone.

The main disconnect, in my opinion, is in the criteria which apply to getting good grades, as opposed to criteria which apply to doing jobs well. Getting good grades in school involves absorbing some well defined subject matter, and then good test-taking skills where this knowledge is regurgitated. So, good memory, good study habits, don't panic before the test.

Job skills go beyond this. Even aside from the obvious, such as interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, all of these intangibles that we always hear about and that do not usually matter very much in school,, doing well in a job means the ability to frame problems, bound them, break them down into manageable pieces, and then methodically and relentlessly attacking each one. No one is there to structure the problem for you, at work. You have to figure this out on your own.

I've found that it's not unusual for good job skills to overcompensate for less than perfect school skills. Someone who is not a terribly good test taker can excel at work. Someone who is an outstanding test taker in school can be less successful at work than one might have thought. This is actually quite common.

Success "at life" goes even beyond success in a job. What is involved is even further removed from what is being tested in a school setting.

The main purpose our parent sent us to school is to learn how to become somebody in life. The school system teaches us to be hard working to have A's and to develop the best project in order to have A but the school fail to teach us how to make a living from our profession if even without be employed by some one. Most of the innovative projects developed by students are for grade and recognition. The school should be structured or train students to make a living from what he innovates, creates or discover. There should be positive correlation between school and life... My opinion.

The average students have more interaction with life while in school than grade A students which have more interaction with books. School fails to develop student towards leadership skill and how to interact and have good relation with people. Having good relation with people can make some one to be happy. Happy people are more successful than those that are not happy in real life. The average students develop more of these skills while in school because they have more time for other things other than book. The average students skip classes to make a living in the process gain priceless experience, they develop how to enjoy life and be happy, they have time for politics in school in the process develop leadership role, reads tons of books on how to become successful rather devoting their time on learning unnecessary subjects.

Most of the richest people in the world are not grade A students if even some of them are drop out students and they are successful.

School curriculum should be designed to train some one to become successful in life as the school environment does. The school environment really help the average and struggling students to success in life.

The grade A students invest heavily, engage in series of sleepless night while in school, complete devotion to studies and zero social life but what they get in return in real life is below expectation. Formal education prepares students for Jobs while Informal education prepares students for life. So, most of the A students fall in the formal forgetting that life is much more than academics. They fail to develop themselves socially, politically, communication wise and so on. As such, they tend to face different challenges after school.

Achieving excellence in academics prepares a person for hard work, solving problems, facing challenges, develop perseverance, discipline, mental focus and these increases the chances to achieve goal(s) one may set for oneself in life and thereby make one's life successful and useful. Of course, like every rule this rule also has exceptions. But these exceptions actually prove this rule rather than vice versa. thanks.

I have an example of a student who decided to become a pilot at age 6. He was only interested in technical subjects at school and did badly in all other (boring) subjects. He is a successful pilot today.
