Stolen Research: My research is under a different user. How can i claim it back?

I have published an article in Q1 journal, unfortunately another researcher claims it in research gate as her research although our names are different. How can I claim it back?

I have sent a message through research gate to ask her to remove if from her list. No reply since then.
