I have one article in revision process in Construction & Building Materials and reviewers' are asking to do statistical analysis. However, I didn't design my experiments with anything in mind to conduct statistical analysis later on. The reviewers are asking to show the contributing percentage of each parameter (like percentage of fly ash, temperature, and curing condition etc.) which according to my research can be conducted with ANOVA, but I couldn't find any detailed article over.
Can anyone please guide me how can I set the table for the process of ANOVA or any other way of conducting statistical analysis in this situation?

There are several books etc explaining statistical methods but as you mentioned, "I didn't design my experiments with anything in mind to conduct statistical analysis later on"; therefore, it is hard to suggest a statistical analysis on data collected without an experimental design.
ANOVA also falls under the category of parametric analysis methods which perform the analysis after defining the distribution of the recruitment population in advance. Therefore, normality, independence, and equal variance of the samples must be satisfied for ANOVA. The processes of verification on whether the samples were extracted independently from each other, Levene's test for determining whether homogeneity of variance was satisfied, and Shapiro-Wilk or Kolmogorov test for determining whether normality was satisfied must be conducted prior to deriving the results.
ANOVA provides the information about the significance of effect of different variables (like percentage of fly ash, temperature, and curing condition etc.) on the properties of your developed concrete. You can decide which parameter/variable has greatly influenced the properties of concrete. A easiest way to perform ANOVA test is the MS Excel. Just incorporate your variables and the testing outcomes of different properties of concrete and examine their influence in a tabulated format.
