I am working in the Glovebox system and I have some problems recently.
We did regeneration and both water and oxygen sensors are changed but still values for water and oxygen are too high.
Anyone has the same problem or any suggestions?
We have had the same problem before. In our case we changed the catalyst. IT, Inc recommended we did two regeneration. However after two regeneration the oxygen level was still significant. We did a series of purging (we had a small fan in the chamber) which help bring the oxygen level to a minimum. I suggest you purge and do another regeneration. Best.

I would like to ask you also which gas did you use for regeneration?
Zeynep, we use 7% H2 balance N2 for our regenerations. Our gas supplier here is Air Gas. Regards.
