Hi Everyone,

I am trying to develop an SPE method for the vaccine which contains Matrix-M (saponin Quillaja Saponaria ) which is in nano-particle form and size is around 40nm. These nanoparticles are formed in presence of lipids (Ph/Ch). Any suggestion on how should I approach this and how can I disrupt the nanoparticles and if possible extract the lipids before I perform the SPE.
