Hello everyone.

I have isolated four different bacteriophages against four different Staphylococcus aureus strains. In all, the plaque sizes on double agar assay are very small (around 0.5-1.0 mm). The same conditions (media and growth conditions) have led to big plaque sizes against Staphylococcus schleiferi. Kindly suggest the reasons and remedies.
