I have done the Transmission Electron Microscopy of my phages and got nice images. Now i've classified my phages depending on their morphology. In many papers, i have seen they have measured the size of head and tail of phages in nanometers (nm). I want to know how to measure the length and width of phage head and tail. Please guide me

Many image capture softwares have scale bars and allow for measurements. If not, then you could always use FIJI. Take a measurement of the a side of a single square on your grid if you know its size, which should be known. Globalize as you choose set scale, and then measure what you need.
