Is there anyone who has experience about siRNA transfection in Drosophila S2 cells?

Matthias R. Schaefer I knew how to use dsRNA based protocol for RNAi and have been using dsRNA-based it, but I was just curious about possible usage of siRNA.

And thanks for everyone suggesting protocols.
