I’m looking for a SMAC/DIABLO sequence to insert into a viral vector. I realized there are different variants, isoforms, and even peptide fragments that might be viable. Are some of these more important than others? Which isoform—or peptide fragment—is most commonly used or considered most effective for therapeutic application?
