The working fluid is a multiphase one so that the air contains supercooled water droplets (i.e., the secondary phase).

The problem is to accumulation of the secondary phase on a wall and then simulate freezing of that region.

Notice that the diameter of the droplets is given which can be set in the Eulerian multiphase model, but the Solidification/Melting model is not available when using the Eulerian model.

The Solidification/Melting model is only available for the VOF model; but the droplet diameter (i.e, MVD) could not be set for the secondary phase option.

How could it be doable using FLUENT?

Any ideas would be appreciated in advance.
