What software are you using, and how did you find this information? I am not familiar with these uncertainties values, but deal with low quantities is sometimes troublesome. In my opinion, these +-2% will lower if you improve your refinement, and I can't tell what you can do without analyzing it.
You may have very high background, which may be because of fluorescence, which may indicate you used Cu Kalpha radiation. In this case, your data is highly suspect and the statistical (random) uncertainty indicated by the software is a vast underestimate of your total uncertainty including systematic errors.
