I am analyzing my data using Permutation Tests. I have the codes for a permutation test for the t-test, but I need codes for a permutation test for repeated measure ANOVA and a permutation test for a correlation relationship. I work on MATLAB. Could anyone provide the codes?

Replace my_repeated_measures_anova with your specific repeated measures ANOVA function.

Thank you for the response. I would be pleased if you consider these notes:
1- Regarding correlation, my data are paired; is this important? And I want also the correlation coefficient and the equation of the best-fitted line.
2- Regarding repeated measure ANOVA, I want a complete output such as F(3,78)= 5.23, etha=squared= 0.69
Do you have the codes regarding these notes in hand?
