Should I dilute samples or not with SunRed Bio ELISA for human Angiopoietin-like Protein 4?

Has anyone did SunRed Bio ELISA for human Angiopoietin-like Protein 4? I have a kit for that, and there is nothing about dilution of samples..i never did ELISA without dilution of the serum, so my question is, does anyone did ELISA without samples dilution?
